Indian ...I actually know a thing or two about this. Indian Ladder has great picking and when their cider donuts are on, they are on. However, they aren't always on. And when they are off, they aren't that special at all. Still, it's well worth the drive for the chance. <br /><br />Plus it always pays to ask if you can get some hot from the back (as nicely and as pathetically as you can muster, hoping that they will take mercy on you). <br /><br />Hicks-Wilson is way up north and their donuts are pretty damn great too. But that's one helluva drive. Other specimens that are closer to Albany will be the subject of this year's Tour de Cider Donut.
